Joint Comfort strengthens and slows down the process of degenera tion of joints’ cartilaginous and conjunctive tissues.

With age, joint diseases or as a result of injures, the cartilages are scuffed, the joint fluid is not produced in the necessary quantity, resulting in pain, edema, and joint stiffness.

Glycosamine and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine are substances of natural origin, source of which in this formula is shrimp and crab exoskeleton (shell). Glycosamine and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine take part in the formation of hyaluronic acid – the main component of joints, producing chondroprotective, anti-inflammatory, analgesic effects, and stimulating cartilaginous tissue regeneration.

Chondroitin sulfate improves cartilaginous tissue elasticity, assists in its regeneration, increases production of intraarticular liquid, decreases joint painfulness and increases its mobility. The source of chondroitin is cartilaginous tissue from cattle or pigs.

Cetylmyristoleate is fatty acid ether, acting as a lubricant for joints, preventing their friction and destruction. It increases joint mobility decreasing the viscosity of synovial fluids, assists in reduction of inflammatory reaction and painfulness.

Vitamin C is responsible for the synthesis and deposits of collagen – glue-like protein, which joins and fastens the bones, cartilages and conjunctive tissues together.

Vitamin E stabilizes cell membranes structures, protects from thrombus formation, and supports synthesis of prostacyclin (a hormone, which forms Teflon-like coating on the vessel walls, facilitating blood flow).

Pantothenic acid plays an important part in synthesis of glycoproteids and glucosamines in the body. Taking pantothenic acid reduces morning constraint, joint dysfunction rate, and pain syndrome.

Boron protects joints and bones from injures and deterioration, assists in their regeneration. It participates in vitamin D3 synthesis, deposits and retains calcium in bones, and therefore lowers the risk of osteoporosis development.

Manganese is essential for the synthesis of mucopolysaccharides, which are lacking with rheumatoid arthritis; it plays an important part for activation of many enzymes, catalyses fatty acids synthesis; it is essential for normal development of the skeleton.

Magnesium and molybdenum influence calcium absorption. With their deficiency bones become fragile.

MSM is the component of the healthy cartilaginous tissue of the joint; it improves the transportation of agents through cell membranes, which assists in eczema diminution and joints hyperemia.
