 Colostrum is a natural source of all essential components for immunity formation, support and the restoration of a weakened immune system.

This is the first food of mammals including people, which provides protection for a newborn during the first days of life, when it is most vulnerable. Together with colostrum, the nursing mother passes to the child antibodies, which are hereditary immunity factors. For this additive cows’ milk is used, which is collected during the first 36 hours after calving and processed under special technology, maintaining the colostrum components.

Cow colostrum contains fats, carbohydrates, proteins, antibodies (immunoglobulins Ig A, IgG, IgD, IgE, IgM), interferon, growth factor, lactoferrin, lysozyme, amino acids (proline and taurine). It is rich in enzymes, the most important of which are peroxidase, reductase, catalase, lipase, phosphatase, lactase, proteinase, and peptidase. Prominent among colostrum proteins are easily digestible albumens and globulins.

Colostrum is rich in vitamins A, D, E and B-group. It contains 5-6 times more of vitamin A and 6-7 times more of vitamin E than milk does. Colostrum contains minerals: calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and also natrium, magnesium, chlorine, iron, copper, manganese, cobalt, and others.
