All B-vitamins, except inositol, participate in protein synthesis in the body. To reach the maximum effect it is recommended to take them all together and not separately. Unfortunately deficiency of vitamins B1, B2, B6, and B9 is universal, it occurs in 40-60% of the population, which would seem strange as the main source of B vitamins (except B12) is grains. The reason for the deficiency is the fact that 90% of the vitamins are lost on the way from the fields to ready-made products. Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) is an essential element for a healthy nervous system, energy and preserving physical strength. PAB (para-aminobenzoic acid), inositol, choline, and flavonoids are also referred to the group of B vitamins.
